Can you adjust the size?

If I have the same beads and rings the sizes can usually be adjusted. If I no longer have the components on hand I can make something similar for you. If I need to order new components there will be an additional charge.

What if I don’t want the charm/pendant?

Charms and most pendants may be removed if you would like the bracelet or necklace plain.

Is it possible to have a charm or pendant added to a bracelet or necklace?

Yes, I have a selection of charms and pendants which may be added to any necklace or bracelet. Send me an email and I’ll send you pictures of the charms/pendants available.

Help! I don’t have pierced ears.

The dangle earrings can be attached to clip style earrings. They are available in gold fill or Sterling silver. There is no charge for earring conversion.

How do I figure out what size I need?

If you have a favorite piece, you can simply measure it. If not, take a piece of string and measure your neck, wrist, ankle, etc. leaving a little slack so it won't be too tight. Now measure the piece of string. This is the size you need including the clasp.

I can’t figure out the actual size of the item from the picture.

I’d be happy to send you a picture of the item with a quarter in the picture so you can get a better idea of the size. If you’d like to see it worn by a live person I can do that too but I must worn you it can be scary to see a close-up of me.

I want to pay with a credit card.

You can use a credit card to pay me through PayPal. Your credit card information is never revealed to me so you can be sure your information is secure. This is the fastest way to receive your purchase.

Can I make a purchase without using PayPal?

If you don’t want to use PayPal, I accept money orders as well. You can purchase these at your local post office for any amount. The items will not be shipped until I have received the money order.

How do you figure shipping?

I charge the rate for priority mail for up to 1 pound of weight. If you would like insurance that is extra and I can tell you how much it will be when I weigh the box. If the box is heavier than 1 pound there may be extra shipping costs.

How do I know your pictures show what the piece really looks like?

I take pictures of each item as I make it. I’m not a professional photographer but I try to make sure the pictures are as accurate and detailed as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your computer settings and browser.

Do you gift wrap?

All items come in a gift box and tied with a silver cord. If you’d like me to wrap it for you I can do that. There will be an extra charge for gift wrap.

Can I have it shipped to a different address?

Certainly. I’d be happy to send it to the address you specify. Send me an email with that information when you place the order.
